The Geriatric Assessment Program is an outpatient, community service offered to all seniors in the community who are experiencing medical and/or psychological changes not associated with normal aging.

Menorah Manor’s team of geriatric specialists meet with participants to evaluate their needs and offer a comprehensive plan of care and support. Specific attention is devoted to the evaluation of problems related to Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, strokes or other complex medical problems of the elderly, as well as plans of support for the caregiver.
