Another fabulous creation by Baking Buddies...
Base:

• 3 Tbsp butter
• 3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
• 6 slices pineapple or 1 can (20 oz.) of drained pineapple chunks
• maraschino cherries

Batter:

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 c. milk

Note: You will need a greased 9x13 inch baking pan
