
The Irv Weissman Adult Day Center, conveniently located in the Samson Nursing Center, was established to improve the quality of life for independent older adults in the community and for those who care for them. It provides a comprehensive program providing complete support for the frail independent elderly and, at the same time, respite and peace of mind for the caregiver.
The Day Center provides support for those who are physically able to be at home but require health care, socialization and nutritional care in a secure setting during daytime hours. The Adult Day Center offers a wide range of social and health services, designed to foster independence and self-esteem:

The Center is managed by a team of Menorah Manor professionals known nationwide for their expertise in caring for the elderly, consisting of:

Additionally, the Program offers caring, expert, and professional support for people with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders to maintain their independence, keep socially active, alert and mobile. Activities are designed to meet their special needs.
For The Center is open Monday through Friday, with convenient hours to accommodate working caregivers. Transportation is available to those participants who reside within our pick up area.
